Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

Please allow 3–6 business days for us to process and ship your order after your purchase is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Canadian Orders:

We offer two shipping options for small orders within Canada through Canada Post:

Snailmail/Lettermail — Cheaper

Shipped via Canada Post lettermail at a cheaper cost. Please note this option is untracked — we are unable to provide updates on delivery progress or guarantee delivery times once the item has been dropped off.

Tracked shipping

Prefer peace of mind? Select one of the tracked shipping options at checkout to receive a tracking number and follow your order from dispatch to delivery. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

We are not responsible for lost or delayed lettermail shipments. If you have concerns about delivery, we strongly recommend selecting the tracked option.

International Orders

We currently ship to the United States only. All orders are shipped through Canada Post. International shipping to additional countries is coming soon — stay tuned!
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your state and order weight.

Shipping address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages lost or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to make corrections before your order ships.

Delays & circumstances beyond our control

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to high order volumes, postal disruptions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control. We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to get your order to you promptly.
